It is a Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 facility with no showers or laundry. After hours, Prime drivers may get the gate code from dispatch.
This facility does only food grade kosher tank washes and they do them well; I see no reason to give a low rating to their friendly staff and clean shop because of services that they don't provide, especially since there is a large sign on the gate proclaiming "No Washouts" in six-inch-tall letters of yellow on a blue background.

They do not do exterior washes on cabs, trailers, or RVs. Only good grade tank interiors and trailer wash outs. Friendly people though!
Their customer service here is superb. I'm honestly impressed every time I come here, and it's one of my top favorite five places to go when we need to get the trailer cleaned. I'm seriously thankful for the fact they usually get us in, and out as well. They help make the job so much easier.
