I came in around 4:30 on a Monday and the place was pretty empty. I was served right away with no issues. It seems like a lot of people have problems with this place based on other reviews, but I can only speak for my own experience. The staff was polite and willing to help me mail my package with overnight shipping.

I really need UPS to keep an experienced associate in the front at all times! I understand everyone has a training period but when it comes to mailing packages, letters, etc., a more experienced associate should be supervising the newbies. I just left this location and had to deal with a new associate who stared into space everytime I asked her a question. Also, I needed to mail a certified letter and she had no idea what to do. Instead of saying she didn't know what to do, and getting someone who could better assist me, she continued to click different things on the computer. To make a long story short, the experience left me a little irritated. Needless to say, UPS, don't leave the new associates to their own devices until they are capable of properly servicing customers.

I've had to use this particular store 5 times recently & have not had a single issue! They've been constantly nice, helpful and informative!

So it's 3/11/2016 time is 1:36 pm. I have been in here since 1:00 pm trying to get a mail box for my business. I first came last night and was told I needed two forms of ID before I could get a mailbox. So here I am today returning to open my mail box. This once happy occasion is now miserable. The "customer service " agent here has put at lease 4 people ahead of me. This is horrible customer service, as if my time is not valuable. She made clear that this is a LONG process as if to discourage me from completing what I came to do. I could clearly tell she did not want to do it. If it wasn't for the fact this location was so close to my home I would have went somewhere else. I am really disappointed in the service that I am receiving.

I would give no stars if I could! If you need or want a hefty dose of nasty attitude & disrespect stop by this location any time. Ms.Glenda will serve you ASAP...
