We order from here about twice a month. The steak and cheese sub is very good. We also really enjoy the plain cheese pizza. The meat lover pizza is OK - hence the 4 stars. My only complaint is that they never have 2 L diet coke in stock. Otherwise, our delivery arrives in 45 minutes, or less, and we live 10-15 minutes away. The order is always correct and the drivers are usually very nice. We are from RI/MA and the food seems more authentic and homemade than chain pizza.
Horrible customer service!! Crazy thing is i got bad customer service from the owner. He was just rude and so disrespectful. I will not be going there anymore
Poor customer service...manager is rude and disrespectful...pizza taste like a greasy bucket of cheese. Then they never deliver or complete your orders. Will be reporting them to the bbb and calling the health depth as there was a roach in the lobby!
Best pizza I've had in a long time...and the wings are good af too! Great customer service and speedy delivery!! Thanks Guys! Will be eating here again before I leave town.
Decent food, but horrible service. When you walk in it's terribly hot since there is no A/C, and at first glance it's not the cleanest. There was a heavy set man who I can only assume is the owner since he decided to make an office of one of the tables was disgusting in personality and demeanor. Additionally, the attitude of the "owner" was horrendous as he was incredibly rude when a veteran asked if they provided a veterans discount. The man practically yelled back at him "IT'S A SEVEN PERCENT DISCOUNT, DON'T WORRY YOU'LL GET IT!" The blatant disrespect for someone asking a simple question especially having served our country was appalling. There was no "we appreciate your service sir" or anything. Furthermore, there was also a woman who had placed a phone order and walked in to find out it was at the wrong location, she stated she was sorry and that she was from out of town. Although eventually the "owner/manager" took her order and made it, it was not before he lectured her on the differences in such a bothered tone. The food may be good, however that's just half of the experience and I would not support a small business that does not treat its customers with respect. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
