Bojangles food is good always. The customer service not so much. I have never experienced a more disorganized place. The manager was working the kitchen and running around from the front to the back yelling "Fries!, can I get some fries! Probably about 10 times. To the point that a customer who was sitting in the very back of the restaurant started mocking her. The counter workers were talking to their friends who were just hanging out in the front of the store. The kitchen staff kept coming up front, the counter staff kept going in the back, and the manager spiked a salad off of the prep line because she was out of cheese. There was one guy (promote him) who acted like he cared that there was 20 people in line and kept apologizing that he was waiting on fries to complete about 6 orders that were waiting. It took over 20 minutes to get my food during my lunch break. You would think that this would be an isolated incident, but this is consistently the most disorganized, and worst Bojangles I have ever seen. Lucky for me there are other options.
I always stop through the drive through here early before work around 5:15AM. I watched the other morning just the attention to detail with my food as it was prepared. (Customers notice these things) GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF & GREAT SERVICE. Keep up the good work.

B- | The quality is like a lower tiered chicken franchise, the soul food array of sides and spices are redeemable and the palatable entrees leave much to be desired. Overall it's not that this is a bad place to bad place to eat thus the rating, yet you have to come in with a mindset of knowing that this is an everyday KFC styled competitor. The interior was also rather clean and nice.

We received excellent and quick service. The store was clean and we appreciated the tvs with football to watch. Everyone was so nice. This was our first time eating there and we were not overly impressed by the food. The biscuits and fries were awesome, but the chicken was nothing special. This was especially disappointing since it is a chicken place. My husband tried the cajun chicken sandwich. He did not like the bun and the chicken was very thin and dry. I had a 1 breast meal. The chicken was dry and it lacked flavor. We might try it again but different food selection since the service and biscuits were great.
